چکیده: هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی مولفه های مدل تعارض و بازسازی رابطه زناشویی، ارائه شده توسط ملز، بکن باخ و گاتریک، از طریق روش تحلیل مسیر است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کارمندان متاهل دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز بودند. از این جامعه تعداد 200 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. که در نهایت 180 پرسشنامه به صورت کامل بدست آمد. از شرکت کنندگان خواسته شد که مقیاس فضل (GRACE) پاتریک و همکاران (2013)، مقیاس اعتماد (TS) رمپل، هولمز و زانا (1980)، مقیاس صفات همدلی باتسون (BEA) باتسون و همکاران (1983)، مقیاس رضایت زناشویی دوطرفه تجدید نظر شده (RDAS) بوبسی، کرین، لارسون و کریستین (1995)، مقیاس اخلاق رابطه ای (RES) هارگریو، جنینگز و آندرسون (1991) و مقیاس حل روابط بین فردی (IRRS) هارگریو و سلز (1997) را تکمیل نمایند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که، فضل، عدالت، اعتماد، همدلی و بخشش به رضایت از رابطه زناشویی منجر می شوند. تحلیل مسیر، رابطه بین بیشتر متغیرهای تحقیق را تایید کرد. همچنین، نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که مسیر متغیرهای اعتماد و عدالت با بخشش به سمت رضایت زناشویی پیش بین و معنی دار نیستند. اما در عوض اعتماد و عدالت نقش خود را به عنوان میانجی از طریق تاثیرگذاری فضل بر آنان با رضایت از رابطه نشان دادند.
