چکیده: نظام‌های سیاسی در طول تاریخ، نهادهایی را برای تامین امنیت عمومی پایه‌ریزی نموده‌اند. در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، قوه قضائیه به وسیله سازمان بازرسی کل کشور و دیوان عدالت اداری، این مهم را با افزایش کارآمدی دستگاه های اجرایی و بهره مندی حاکمیت از سرمایه ی اجتماعی به عهده دارد. از طرفی، این امر، سبب جلوگیری از بروز تخلفات، جرائم و نیز تضمین سلامت امور، تسریع فرایند خدمات‌رسانی دستگاه‌های اجرایی دولت به عموم مردم را فراهم می‌کند و نهایتا منجر به ارتقای امنیت عمومی خواهد شد. این پژوهش ازنظر نوع، کاربردی است و به روش توصیفی انجام گرفته است. گردآوری داده ها به‌صورت میدانی و کتابخانه ای با فیش برداری انجام گرفته و ابزارهای گردآوری مصاحبه با صاحب-نظران دستگاه‌های نظارتی قوه قضائیه و حوزه امنیت عمومی بوده و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها براساس روش تحلیل محتوا صورت پذیرفته است

The Role of the Judiciary System Supervision in Improving the Public Security of the Islamic Republic Of Iran

Abstract: Throughout the history, political systems, have established institutions to ensure the public security. In the Islamic Republic of Iran, the judiciary perform this duty through general inspection organization(GIO) and Administrative Justice Court, by increasing the effectiveness of executive agencies and benefiting the country from social capital.
On the other hand, it would lead to prevent violations and crimes, ensure the correctness of affairs, and accelerates the process of state executive agencies’ serving to the public. And ultimately enhance the public security. The is an applied research in which The descriptive method was used. Data collection was conducted using field and library studies. Collecting tools were interviewing with experts in the judiciary and public security, and data analysis was done based on content analysis.
