چکیده: این مقاله به شیوه تحلیل گفتمان درصدد پاسخگویی به این سوال است که عدالت اجتماعی با نشانه مرکزی «سلامت» در گفتمان دولتهای پس از انقلاب چگونه بازنمایی شده است؟ یافته‌های مقاله حاکی از آن است که «عدالت اجتماعی» در حوزه «درمان و سلامت» در دولتهای مختلف پس از انقلاب در قالب نشانههای متفاوتی بازنمایی شده، اما مسأله «سلامت» همچنان با مشکلات نظری و عملی زیادی روبه‌روست؛ بهطوریکه تمرکز اصلی بر مقوله درمان بوده و در این حوزه نیز قسمت عمده هزینه‌های تأمین سلامت بر دوش خانوارها تحمیل شده است.

Justice Discourse in the Field of Health in the Aftermath of the Islamic Revolution in Iran

Abstract: Enjoying the discourse analysis methodology, the paper intends to answer the following question: How the social justice and especially the health issue has been addressed and disclosed in the related discourses of the different governments after triumph of the Islamic Revolution in Iran. According to the findings of the paper, social justice in the field of health has been reflected in different models, however, the issue of health still matters in the country, as such even with a special focus on treatment of the diseases The families are struggling with the costs of the treatment.
