چکیده: در طول قرون متمادی بسیاری از فرهیختگان ، ادیبان و دانشمندان در راس امور مملکت قرار داشتند و آثاری در قالب پند و اندرز به صورت بیان داستانها، حکایات ، نقل گفتار بزرگان ، ضرب المثلها و… به وجود آوردند. این پژوهش ، متن پژوهی از نوع تحلیل محتواست که در آن متن اصلی ، کتاب سیاستنامه خواجه نظام الملک طوسی است . برای تحلیل محتوا پژوهشگران ابتدا مطالب کتاب را بدقت مطالعه ، و هر موضوع جدید را با یک کد علامت گذاری کردند. در مرحله بعد کدگذاری تقلیلی صورت گرفت . برای بررسی روایی و اعتبار، این مراحل توسط یک پژوهشگر دیگر نیز انجام شد و نتیجه نهایی از ترکیب هر دو نظر به دست آمد. در این مقاله سعی شده است بر اساس نظریات خواجه نظام الملک طوسی ، که مدت سی سال در مقام وزارت عهده دار امور کشور بوده است به گوشه ای از سخنان بزرگان در زمینه شیوه های مدیریتی با تاکید بر انصاف و داد و تکریم ارباب رجوع اشاره شود.

Management Principles Based on the Islamic-Iranian Model laid on KhawjaNizam al-Mulk Tusi’s Ideas

Abstract: During the history lots of the learned, literary men, and scholars held foremost positions of the country who created works in the forms of advice through stories, narratives, narrating nobles’ sayings, proverbs, and … . The research is a research of texts based on content analysis in which the Siasatnameh of KhawjaNizam al-MulkTusi is the main text. To do content analysis, firstly, the researchers studied the content of the book carefully and marked any new subject with a code. In the next stage, decreasing code setting was performed. To consider the validity of the research the same stages were fulfilled by another researcher and the final result was attained by merging the two views. In the article, it has been tried to refer to KhawjaNizam al-MulkTusi’s views, who has been in charge of ministry position to execute the affairs of the country for thirty years, and to refer to parts of the nobles’ sayings in managerial styles which emphasize on justice, fairness, and on honoring the people who refer to the governmental departments as arbabroju.
