چکیده: نویسندگان مقالۀ حاضر با تکیه بر معرفتشناسی پیشینی و پسینی، در پی بررسی مفهوم عدالت از دیدگاههای مختلف در اندیشۀ سیاسی غرب و اسلام هستند، که نمود آن را میتوان در جدال اندیشهورزی تاریخمند و فراتاریخمندگرایی در بحث عدالت مشاهده کرد. لذا، با انتخاب روش تفهمی حامد ابوزید، تلاش شده است تا در دو بخش مجزا و با گزینش اندیشمندانی از سه دورۀ کلاسیک، جدید، و معاصر مغرب زمین از یک طرف و برخی از متقدمین و متأخرین اندیشۀ اسلامی از طرف دیگر، پیشینۀ مجادلات غربی و اسلامی مورد کنکاش قرار گیرد. بدین مفهوم که در بخش غربی آن تأکید خواهد شد که تاریخمندی و فراتاریخمندی مفهوم عدالت در مغربزمین رابطۀ تقریبا اینهمانی با ازلی و مخلوق بودن مفاهیم در ساحت اندیشۀ اسلامی دارد. بر این اساس، سؤال و فرضیۀ تحقیق به شرح ذیل است: سؤال اصلی: چه نسبتی میان سامان مفهوم عدالت در دو ساحت اندیشهورزی اسلامی و مغربزمین وجود دارد؟ فرضیه: جدالی که در مغربزمین پیرامون تاریخمندی و فراتاریخمندی مفهوم عدالت وجود دارد در قلمرو اندیشۀ اسلامی در ذیل جدالهای ازلی بودن و مخلوق بودن متن مقدس قرار میگیرد.

Justice in the Context of the Debates Regarding Historicism and Meta-historicism

Abstract: This paper seeks to examine the concept of justice from various perspectives in the political thinking of West and Islam based on the prior and posterior epistemology that can be seen as the struggle between historicism and meta-historicism in the discussion of justice. Using Hamid Abu Zayd’s interpretive method, it has been tried to investigate the history of Western and Islamic debates in two distinct parts: selecting Western philosophers from classical, new, and contemporary periods on one hand, and some of early and current philosophers of Islamic thinking on the other hand. In its western part this means, the approximate sameness of historicism and meta-historicism concerning the western concept of justice and the concepts of eternity and creation in the Islamic realm of thinking would be emphasized. Therefore, the research question and hypothesis will be as followed:
The principal question: What is the relation between organizations of the concept of justice in Islamic and Western thinking?
The Hypothesis: The disputes concerning historicism and meta-historicism regarding the concept of justice in West stands here-under the debates about eternity and creation of the Scripture in the realm of Islamic thinking.
