چکیده: عدالت بهعنوان یکی از مقاصد و آرمانهای اصلی انقلاب اسلامی و رهبران آن بوده و هست. این مهم باعث شده است که این عنصر نقش و جایگاهی مهم در اندیشه و عمل آنان داشته باشد. از سوی دیگر شناخت و دستیابی به عدالت نیز در سیر تطوری خویش باعث شکلگیری مجموعه وسیعی از ادبیات دانشی در این حوزه گشته است که ضمن در اختیار قرار دادن گنجینۀ عظیم معرفتی، جامعه علمی و مجریان را با سردرگمی و ابهام بیشتر نیز روبهرو نموده است. مجموعه خطمشیهای علمی کلان عرصه عدالتپژوهی مبتنی بر بیانات رهبری که در پنج شاخۀ نظریه عدالت اسلامی، ظرفیتهای دینی و انسانی، نسبت عدالت با سایر مفاهیم و ارزشهای دینی، شاخصهای عدالت و استلزامات اقامه علمی عدالت ارائه شدهاند، خواهد توانست ضمن جهتدهی به عرصه مدیریت علمی و اجرایی عدالتپژوهی در کشور، زمینه آزمون و خطا و کندی حرکت جامعه در این عرصه را نیز حذف نماید. این تحقیق با بهرهگیری از روش تحلیل مضمون بهعنوان یکی از روشهای تحلیل کیفی متون، تلاش نموده است گامی آغازین در تبیین اندیشۀ رهبری در عرصۀ علمی عدالتپژوهی بردارد.

The Requirements and Major Scientific Policies in the Field of Justice Research from the Viewpoint of Iran’s Supreme Leader

Abstract: Justice has been one of the most important objectives of Iran’s Islamic revolution and leaders. It has had an important role in their notions and actions. On the other hand, the process of its recognition and achievement has developed a growing body of invaluable literature about the issue. This has not only provided some knowledge for scholars and public administrators, but has also created a lot of confusion among them.
Major scientific policies in the field of justice research derived from the Supreme Leader’s words are categorized into five groups, namely Islamic justice theory, religious and human capacity, relation between justice and other religious concepts and values, justice indices and requirements for scientific implementation of justice in society. This classification can lead the practical and theoretical justice-research management in the country for achieving justice in addition to reducing the reasons for trial and error and slow progress in that area.
This research, by using thematic analysis as a useful tool for qualitative analysis of texts, is an initial endeavor to explain justice from the viewpoint of Iran’s Supreme Leader.
