چکیده: عدالت زبانی یکی از مفاهیم نوظهور در حوزه عدالت اجتماعی و سازمانی است. این مفهوم بر رعایت عدالت در کاربرد زبان دلالت دارد؛ حالات متفاوت مکالمات تحقیرآمیز یا تملق آمیز را نفی می کند؛ و بر ضرورت رعایت عدالت در کلیه ابرازات کلامی و زبانی تاکید می نماید. در واقع، وقتی که شهروندان حضور عدالت را در گفتار و کردار مدیران دولتی جامعه خویش درک نکنند و ﻧﺸﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎی آن را ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﻳﺎ ﻏﻴﺮﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ننمایند، اعتماد آنها نسبت به مدیران دولتی کاهش پیدا می کند و به تبع آن مشارکت عمومی کاهش می یابد. لذا تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی تاثیر عدالت زبانی بر افزایش اعتماد عمومی و همچنین مشارکت عمومی شهروندان در منطقه 5 شهر تهران انجام شده است. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده، توصیفی- همبستگی و به طور مشخص مبتنی بر مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری می باشد. بر این اساس، مدل ساختاری از چگونگی روابط میان این سه متغیر در نرم افزار لیزرل اجرا شد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان می دهد که بین این سه متغیر، رابطه معناداری وجود دارد و به مدیران دولتی توصیه می شود با پرهیز از کلیه واژگان، اطوار و رفتارهای تحقیرآمیز و تملق آمیز در برابر دیگران و حق محوری در گفتار خود، زمینه ساز افزایش سطح اعتماد عمومی و مشارکت شهروندان باشند.

Study the Linguistic Justice Role in Promoting Public Confidence and Public Participation of Citizens

Abstract: Linguistic justice is one of the new emerging concepts in the field of social and organizational justice. The concept of fairness in the use of language: denie different moods degrading conversations, and emphasizes the need for fairness in all verbal expression. In fact, when residents of justice in his community do not understand the words and actions of government executives and symptoms directly or indirectly, in their view, their confidence in government management reduced and consequently the public participation minimized. This research aims to identify the impact of linguistic justice on increasing public confidence and public participation of citizens in the District 5 of Tehran city. The method used is descriptive correlation and based on the structural equation modeling. Accordingly, the structural model of the relationship between these three variables in LISREL software performed. The results show that there is a significant relationship between these three variables, public managers is advised to avoid all the words, postures and degrading treatment and flattering to others and the right things in his speech, the underlying increase the level of public trust and the participation of citizens.
