چکیده: متولیان ادیان وفیلسوفان به ویژه فیلسوفان اخلاق همواره ازعدالت به عنوان یک فضیلت اخلاقی نام برده اند ومفسران متون دینی هم در سنت های مختلف براین نظرصحه گذاشته اند. نهج البلاغهبه عنوان یکی ازاین متون پیوسته مورد مراجعه اهل فضل بوده است. در رویکرد به این کتاب غالباً بر معنای اخلاقی عدالت تاکید شده وهیچ وقت ازجایگاه وپایگاه عرفانی آن سخن به میان نیامده است. اما نویسنده درصدد برآمده تا عدالت را در گفتمان عرفانی نهج البلاغه موردتوجه قرار دهد. عدالت درحوزه عام در نهج البلاغهبه معنای انصاف و در جهاننگری عرفانی این کتاب به مثابهی یک مقام عرفانی به کار رفته است. عدالت باید در وهله اول در نفس سالک و سپس به وسیله او در جامعه نیز تحقق یابد. در این گفتمان مولفه های به وجودآورنده ی عدالت نیز عموماً معنای عرفانی دارند. پس می توانیم از آن به عنوان یکی از مقامات فردی و اجتماعی عرفان نهج البلاغه یاد کنیم.

Justice as a Mystical Position in Nahjul-Balāghah

Abstract: Religious conductors and philosophers, especially ethic philosophers, have always mentioned تustice as mystical stage in s specially etic justice as a moral virtue; meanwhile, interpreters of religious texts confirmed this idea in different traditions, too.Nahjul-Balaghah as one of the above texts has continually been a reference to learned men. Nearly, in an approach to this book , moral meaning of justice has been emphasized whereas its mystical place and basis have never been discussed about. However, the writer has tried to notify justice in the mystical discourse ofNahjul-Balaghah. Justice is used in Nahjul-Balaghah in general, meaning fairness while in mystical worldview; this book serves as a mystical stage. It must be fulfilled in the soul of disciple (Salek) and then in society. In discourse the components of justice have usually mystical meanings. So we can mention it as one of the individual and social stage of mysticism withinNahjul-Balaghah.
