چکیده: هدف: در این مقاله تلاش گردیده است ابتدا به تعریف حقوق بشر پرداخته و سپس به بیان مواردی از مبانی حقوق بشر در شاهنامه و تعریف هر یک از آنها همت گماشته شود. تا همگان بر جایگاه و ارزش این شاهکار زبان فارسی به عنوان نماد فرهنگ و هویت ایرانی آگاه گردند.
مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش با روش مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و به شیوه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی انجام شده است.
یافته ها: حقوق بشر؛ مجموعه‌ای از اصول و قواعد کلی است که به مثابه حقوق مدنی جهانی، حقوق اساسی ملت‌ها را چه در میان خود و چه در میان مردم یک کشور برای تامین آزادی، صلح و عدالت در روابط دوستانه تضمین و تامین می‌نماید. شاهنامه‌ی فردوسی، تبلور اندیشه‌های والای انسانی و آرزوهای آرمانی ایرانیان، در روزگاری مملو از بیدادگری و نابهنجاری سیاسی و اجتماعی است. مفهوم نوینی به نام حقوق بشر که پس از جنگ جهانی دوم به شکل مستقل به وجود آمد؛ یکی از اندیشه‌های برجسته‌ی فردوسی بود. نمونه‌های بارز مبانی حقوق بشر، همچون صلح، آزادی، داد و موضوعات دیگر، در داستان‌های شاهنامه وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری: در نتیجه می‌توان شاهنامه را با توجه به خردگرایی و نوع دوستی و ساختار حماسی آن،کتابی اخلاقی و مملو از پند و اندرز دانست که علاوه بر دارا بودن عالی‌ترین مفاهیم حقوق انسانی، نشان دهنده‌ی فرهنگ غنی و هویت و ملیت و مدنیّت ایران است. تحقیق در این موضوعات می‌تواند شناخت ما را از فرهنگ و تمدن ایرانی غنی نماید.

Manifestations of Lifestyle and Human Rights in Ferdowsi Shahnameh

Abstract: Purpose: In this article, an attempt has been made to first define human rights and then to express some of the principles of human rights in the Shahnameh and to define each of them. To make everyone aware of the status and value of this masterpiece of Persian language as a symbol of Iranian culture and identity.
Materials and Methods: This research has been done by library study method and descriptive-analytical method.
Findings: Human Rights; It is a set of general principles and rules that, as universal civil rights, guarantee the fundamental rights of nations, both among themselves and among the people of a country, to ensure freedom, peace and justice in friendly relations. Ferdowsi’s Shahnameh is the crystallization of high human ideas and ideal aspirations of Iranians, in a time full of tyranny and political and social anomalies. A new concept called human rights that emerged independently after World War II; It was one of Ferdowsi’s outstanding ideas. There are clear examples of the principles of human rights, such as peace, freedom, justice and other issues, in the stories of Shahnameh.
Conclusion: As a result, Shahnameh can be considered as a moral book full of advice due to its rationalism, altruism and epic structure, which in addition to having the highest concepts of human rights, shows a rich culture and It is the identity, nationality and civilization of Iran. Research on these topics can enrich our knowledge of Iranian culture and civilization.
